“Dark-art” is the art
of creating a painting or work of art that will respond to dark as opposed to
or in addition to light. Buster Petersen’s paintings have one image in normal
lighting and completely transform into another image in the ‘dark’. They come
to life in the dark. Sometimes displaying an extended message of the ‘daylight’
picture and sometimes displaying a completely different picture with no
resemblance at all.

Buster often chooses to write under a pseudonym – to escape the automatic and in built prejudices of most readers.
